At Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
